The Lash Cove has diligently searched and hired the best lash stylists available. In addition to being properly licensed by the State, new stylists undergo strict supervision before allowed to perform services on clients without quality control checks.

At The Lash Cove, we strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere to which women can go to, relax, and leave with beautifully extended lashes.  With all private rooms, we hope that you will join us for a nap, and take time out for yourself from your busy schedule.  With this said, we only allow the technician and the client into the service rooms.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

 

Even though we will gladly accept walk-ins when a stlylist is available, we prefer appointments to minimize client wait time. Because we set aside time specifically for each client, we do require a credit card to hold an appointment.  You will not be charged anything at the time of booking, it just reserves the technician and the time for your services.  We require a minimum of 24 BUSINESS hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments without a fee. We hold the room and lash artist exclusively for your visit, denying others the use of that room and time.  No shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. Cancellations or rescheduled visits made under the 24-hour window will be charged a fee of $25 up to 50% of the cost of the service booked.  By agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize The Lash Cove to charge your credit card on file per our cancellation policy.  Any service prepaid will be voided.

 

Please arrive five minutes early to check in and take your restroom break so that you may utilize your entire service time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full service charge as to not run into someone else's service time.

 

As a courtesy to our clients, we offer appointment reminder emails on the day of booking, and two days prior to your appointment time. We will collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.  If you NO SHOW your appointment, The Lash Cove can charge a minimum no-show fee of $25 up to 100% of the service cost, and may require a deposit for future appointments. By making appointments with The Lash Cove, are agreeing to these terms of our appointment and cancellation policy.
